Rowdy Roddy Piper has lymphoma. He is undergoing treatment for it. He is positive about his recovery.
We touched on the institution that is "The Kilt" in an earlier post, so I won't spend more time explaining why Mr. Piper is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. I will just direct you to a fantastic little interview he gave IGN today.

Cool interview. I'm glad he's doing well. But this part of the interview really stood out:
"I have Born to Controversy, and John Carpenter is talking to me about They Live the television series."
Probably bullshit, but that's my kind of bullshit.
agreed. that stood out as a "wha!" moment for me too.
I can only hope John Carpenter can take time away from his busy schedule of doing the occasional masters of horror ep to make a "They Live" tv series a reality.
